原因：手机蜂窝移动数据未开启app更新。
解决方法如下：
1. 点击手机的设置。
2. 进入设置后，点击iTunes Store 与 App Store。
3. 进入iTunes Store 与 App Store后，将“使用蜂窝移动数据”弹框向右滑动即可。
